What’s included
- Online booking that works on any phone: service, stylist (or anyone available), time and details.
- A page for your shop at chairday.app/your-shop with your menu, team, hours, photos and a map.
- A team calendar with day and week views, walk-ins, blocked time, a waitlist and a printable day.
- Clients with visit history and notes, and import from a CSV file.
- Services with groups, starting prices, a price and length for each stylist, and Quick add from a pasted price list.
- Team hours with breaks, and roles for owners, managers and stylists.
- Emails: confirmations with a private link to change or cancel, reminders, alerts to you and the stylist for every online booking, and an optional Google review request after a visit.
- Your booking rules (free-change window, late-cancellation and no-show fees) shown to clients before they book.
- A Book button or embed for your existing website, and a counter sign with a QR code.
Not included yet
- Online deposits are coming soon. They will be paid into your own Stripe account. Until then, clients pay at the shop.
- Text messages. Confirmations and reminders are sent by email only.
The free trial
Every shop starts with 14 days free, and you don’t need a card. We email you three days before the trial ends. If you haven’t subscribed by then, your booking page stays open for 7 more days, then booking pauses until you subscribe. Your data is kept.
Monthly or yearly
Choose $10 a month, month to month, or $100 a year. You subscribe in the workspace under Settings → Your plan and pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Receipts come from Stripe.
Per location
Each location has its own space in Chairday, with its own page, booking link and calendar, at $10 a month each. Someone who works at more than one location can switch between them after signing in.
Cancel any time
There’s no contract. Cancel from Settings → Your plan → Manage subscription. Everything keeps working until the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, then online booking pauses. Your data is kept, and subscribing again opens booking again.
Your data is yours
Owners can download everything Chairday stores for your business from Settings → Your data → Export data: clients, appointments, services, team, hours and settings, in one file. You can do it any time, including if you move to other software.
Questions
Are there booking fees?
No. You pay $10 a month per location, or $100 a year, and nothing per booking.
Is there a limit on staff or appointments?
No. Every plan includes unlimited staff and appointments.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. You can use Chairday for 14 days without a card. We email you before the trial ends.
What happens if I don’t subscribe after the trial?
Your booking page stays open for 7 more days. After that, booking pauses until you subscribe. Your data is kept.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There’s no contract. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Owners can export clients, appointments, services, team, hours and settings at any time.
